LeakSeal 240ml

Rust-Oleum® LeakSeal® Brush is a high-build, rubberised protective coating designed to quickly and effectively fill and seal small leaks, cracks and gaps on a wide range of substrates. Its flexible formulation creates a long-lasting, water-tight seal that helps prevent moisture penetration, rust and corrosion in demanding environments. This professional-grade solution is suitable for both trade and DIY applications where durability and resilience are required.

Ideal for

• Rust-proofing and sealing cracks in metal surfaces, including steel, aluminium and galvanised metal
• Sealing PVC, vinyl, fibreglass, concrete, masonry and asphalt surfaces where moisture ingress is a concern
• Outdoor maintenance tasks such as sealing gaps around fixtures and fittings
• Applications requiring a brushable, flexible coating for hard-to-reach areas that are not suitable for spray products
  

Features

• Creates a strong, elastic coating that moves with temperature changes and substrate flexing without cracking
• Designed to prevent moisture penetration and stop leaks before they cause rust or corrosion
• Allows controlled application in detailed and difficult areas where spraying is impractical
• Dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes and can be recoated from 30 minutes to 1 hour after application (at 21°C and 50% relative humidity)
• Brushable texture enables build-up of multiple coats for enhanced protection and longevity

Product application

Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from loose debris, grease or contaminants. Rinse and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before application.

Application:
Stir LeakSeal® Brush slowly and carefully. Avoid shaking. Apply the coating with a high-quality brush in smooth, even strokes. For best results, apply multiple light coats rather than one thick coat so that the flexible film forms effectively.

Conditions:
Use in well-ventilated areas at temperatures between 10–29°C with relative humidity below 85%. Do not apply on surfaces exceeding 93°C.

Drying and Clean-Up:
Product dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours under typical conditions. Clean brushes and tools with mineral turps before the coating dries.
