Rust-Oleum Concrete & Garage Recoat Primer

Freshen up your worn concrete or garage floors with the Rust-Oleum® Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer. The revolutionary technology allows you to recoat directly over previously coated or sealed concrete with no need to scuff, sand or grind the surface. It’s easy to use and you can prime and topcoat in one day with the 1-part water based, low odour formula. Perfect for both interior and exterior use, the recoat primer is ideal for garages, carports, laundry room and more.

Ideal for

For best results

• Apply when air temperature is between 10-32°C and the relative humidity is below 85%
• Apply with a high quality 3/8” nap roller (9.5mm so 9-10mm nap roller) and extension pole
• Maintain wet edge while rolling, ensure the product does not puddle
• To ensure proper adhesion of topcoat, dry for a minimum of 6 hour but no more than 48 hours
