Rust-Oleum® American Accents® base coat spray delivers a strong metallic finish on interior/exterior metal, wood, plaster, masonry, wicker and unglazed ceramic surfaces. This spray dries to create a polished satin finish. Do not apply to galvanized metal. It is approved for indoor use or places covered from outdoor elements. This straightforward 2-step process does not require priming.
