Zinsser Ceiling Paint and Undercoat White

Rust-Oleum® Zinsser® Ceiling Paint and Undercoat White is a high-performance acrylic paint that is tailored for ceilings. It is low in VOCs and can form a tight seal to block water and other household stains. This paint dries to a bright white finish that is mildew-resistant. It is suitable for new or previously painted or primed wood, drywall, metal, plaster, textured, and popcorn-style ceilings. Bare metal and new texture should be primed with Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 Primer; for popcorn ceilings, Cover Stain Primer is recommended. Test for adhesion with a 2" piece of adhesive tape before painting.
