Rust-Oleum Clear Finish Floor Top Coat

Rust-Oleum® Clear Finish Floor Topcoat is an interior/exterior clear protective formula built for use on concrete surfaces like garages, carports, driveways, basements, patios, walkways, and pool decks. It can be applied over bare concrete or over one-part floor paints like Rust-Oleum Concrete & Garage Floor Paint + Primer and forms a durable, UV- and weather-resistant gloss finish that's resistant to hot tyres, motor oil, grease, and gasoline. It's easy to maintain and won't fade or peel. Environmentally friendly, it can be cleaned with soap and water. Not for asphalt surfaces.

Ideal for

• Use over bare concrete or one-part epoxy floor paints
• Garages, carports, driveways, basements, patios, walkways, and pool decks
• Indoor and outdoor use

For best results

• Apply when air temperature is between 10-32°C and the relative humidity is below 85%
• Apply with a high quality 3/8” nap roller (9.5mm so 9-10mm nap roller) and extension pole
• Maintain wet edge to prevent gloss differences and lap marks
• Only one coat is necessary, however if second coat is desired, wait 4 hours and apply perpendicular to the first
